May 21 - Classic Spring Salads (In Person Class)
A salad doesn’t have to be a bowl of boring iceberg lettuce and few shavings of carrots. Tonight we are going to use several cooking techniques to create salads that can be enjoyed as a full meal. Menu to include: Chilled Shrimp & Dill Salad on Toasted Brioche Bun, Country Chicken Salad, Green Bean & Potato Salad, Tortilla Layered Salad in a Jar, & Strawberry Shortcake with Homemade Whipped Cream.
