May 15 - Cocktails and Canapes : Tequila Tasting (In-Person )
Join us for a unique cooking & cocktail class focusing on the wonderful world of Tequila. Beth will guide us through preparing a fabulous Tequila and Mezcal Cocktail. We will also be cooking several hors d’oeuvres that pair best with tequila. Menu to include: Shrimp & Chorizo Empanada, Cactus Salad ,Chicken & Poblano Enchiladas, and Pastelitos de Guayaba. Beth will conduct a Tequila class with dinner.
Price includes the class plus specialty beverages.
Known for her shrubs and high acid cocktails, Beth is the sole proprietor of Salt and Acid. Through her business, she focuses on cocktail menu consulting, bar staff training and private events. She currently serves as President for the Richmond, VA chapter of the United States Bartenders’ Guild.
